Slim’s Healthy Kitchen has opened in Magherafelt with the creation of around 20 full and part-time jobs.
The 70 seater restaurant of the popular healthy eating franchise is situated on Market Street.
The deal was signed by Conor and Ryan McGlone from the hospitality family behind the popular Secrets nightclub, formerly The Opera and Dorman’s.
Slim’s Healthy Kitchen was founded in 2013 by Gary McIldowney. Two Belfast outlets serve customers on Lisburn and Belmont Roads.
Before going into liquidation in February of last year, Slim’s had eight outlets – Dundonald Omnipark, Victoria Square and within DW Fitness Clubs in Bangor, Newtownabbey, Boucher Road and Derry/Londonderry.
