A laser was repeatedly shone at PSNI Air Support crew members last night as they assisted police in North Down in dealing with a person in crisis.
The helicopter crew was on hand to help with a multi-agency mental health triage team which was responding to the incident late last night.
Police have taken to social media to highlight the danger that the crew was placed in, due to the reckless act.
