Detectives from PSNI Major Investigation Team investigating the murder of Lyra McKee carried out a number of searches at the headquarters of Saoradh in Chamberlain Street in Derry/Londonderry this morning (Tuesday, May 7).
A number of items were seized during the search of Junior McDaid House and taken away for further investigation.
No arrests were made.
Police enquiries are continuing.
A mural meanwhile has been painted as a tribute to Lyra.
Powerful words she wrote to her teenage self accompany the painting which was produced by Dublin artist Emma Blake as part of the Hit The North Street Art Festival. The letter explained the struggles she faced growing up as a gay teenager in Northern Ireland.
