A 27-year-man has been charged with attempted murder following an incident at Mill Race, Belfast, on Saturday 10 July.
He is further charged with possession of an offensive weapon with intent to commit an indictable offence.
He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates’ Court tomorrow morning (Monday 12 July).
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
