A 29-year-old man has been charged in relation to a terrorism offence following the search of a property in Erskine Park in Ballyclare on Tuesday (February 16).
He is charged with possession of articles connected with the commission, preparation or instigation of an act of terrorism, contrary to section 57(1) of the Terrorism Act 2000.
He is due to appear before Belfast Laganside Magistrates’ Court today (February 18).
As is usual procedure all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
