A 32-year-old man is due in court today (Monday) on charges arising out of a crash in Belfast on Saturday night that claimed the lives of two men.
Police investigating the fatal collision on the Ravenhill Road have charged the 32-year-old man with causing death by dangerous driving, and causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving.
He is due to appear via video link before Belfast Magistrates Court today (Monday 24 January).
As is usual procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
