A 40-year-old man who was arrested by police probing the deaths of three teenagers at the Greenvale Hotel in Cookstown has been released pending a report to the PPS.
Two people were arrested following the incident which claimed the lives of Lauren Bullock, aged 17, Connor Currie, 16, and Morgan Barnard, 17. The young people were involved in a crush outside the hotel.
The owner of the hotel – Michael McElhatton, 52, and a 40-year-old man, understood to be a door staff member were arrested after the tragedy on St Patrick’s Night.
This evening (Thursday) police said that a 40-year-old man who had been arrested by detectives, had been released from custody pending a report to the Public Prosecution Service.
