A man armed with a kitchen knife has escaped with cash following a robbery at commercial premises in the Larne Road Link area of Ballymena.
It happened on Tuesday night (24 November) at around 8:20pm.
Police say the man was reported to have been wearing a black puffer jacket with stripes on the hood and the right shoulder, a camouflage peak hat, blue jeans and white trainers.
The man is believed to be around 5ft 7in and was carrying a kitchen knife.
The man pointed the knife at the shop assistant and demanded money. He then left on foot with a sum of money in the direction of Harryville.
Enquires are ongoing and police would appeal for anyone who may have information to contact them on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference number 1751 24/11/20.
