A 31-year-old man has been charged in relation to a police investigation into scams targeting the elderly and vulnerable.
The man has been charged with acquiring criminal property and conspiracy to commit blackmail.
He is due to appear at Belfast Magistrates Court this morning (Monday 4 May). As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS. A 52-year-old woman arrested as part of the investigation was released on bail pending further police enquiries.
