A man in his 40s is due in court on charges arising out of an alleged death threat directed at Heath Minister Robin Swann.
The man has been charged with harassment, making threats to kill and improper use of electronic communications.
He is due to appear before Newtownards Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday morning (17 November).
As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service
