A man has been killed in this afternoon’s horror crash on the M2 near Belfast.
Four people were injured after reports that a car was being driven the wrong way up the motorway.
Five cars were involved in the incident which occurred just before 4pm.
The M2, M3 and M5 were closed to allow emergency services to deal with the incident.
There was traffic disruption in the area with police advising only to make journeys if necessary.
The Charity Air Ambulance also attended the scene.
The M2&M3 in Belfast have reopened following earlier collision in which a man has died and several people were injured. Witnesses are asked to contact Collision Investigation Unit on 101.
