The man who died following an assault at Fernmore Road in Bangor in the early hours of Sunday, 28 February was 25-year-old Denis Shearer.
Mr Shearer was from Bangor. He died on Tuesday.
A 39-year-old man and a 38-year-old woman have been charged in relation to this incident.
