Tributes have been paid to Stuart Hilditch, the son of East Antrim MLA David Hilditch following a three-year battle with cancer.
Mr Hilditch, who was in his 30s, was a part-time firefighter in Carrickfergus, and a former player for Carrick Rangers.
He was married with three children.
Mr Hilditch was diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma in October 2016, however, despite a brave battle, he passed away in hospital.
Tributes have been paid to Stuart by a variety of organisations in which he was involved.
