A house in Skegoneill Avenue in north Belfast was ransacked yesterday morning (Thursday 5 November).
The burglary happened sometime between 9:30am and 1pm.
No one was in the property at the time.
Detective Sergeant Faulkner is appealing for information.
“We are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed any suspicious activity in the area or have information about the incident to contact detectives at Musgrave Street on 101, quoting reference number 05/11/20.
