The pedestrian involved in a a single-vehicle crash on the Shore Road in Newtownabbey on Friday (8 November) has died.
Police say the woman in her 40s, sadly passed away in hospital yesterday afternoon (Saturday) following the incident which occurred just before 7am.
Sergeant Wright is continuing to appeal for information and is asking witnesses to contact police.
“Police continue to appeal for anyone who was on the Shore Road, close to the Northern Regional College at the time of the collision, or who may have captured what occurred on their dash-cam, to call police on 101 quoting reference number 259 08/11/19,” added the Sergeant.
