Recycling centres will open in phases in the Antrim and Newtownabbey areas.
Newpark and O’Neill Road will open on May 4, while Bruslee, Craigmore and Crumlin will open on May 11.
A booking system will be in place.
The openings follow concerns over widespread flytipping.

Those accessing the facilities should bring ID as proof of residency in the borough to use these drop off points. Bagged waste and boxes will only be accepted. Bags should not contain food waste. Liquid waste e.g. paints and large bulky items will not be accepted.
No trailers or vans will be allowed access, say the council.
