Detectives investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a two-year-old girl on Friday in Dungannon, have been granted a court extension for an additional 36 hours to question a 32-year-old man.
He was arrested on suspicion of murder.
The child was admitted to hospital on Friday afternoon after the Northern Ireland Ambulance Service attended a property in Park Avenue with what was reported as a serious head injury.
The child later died in hospital.
