Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding an incident in the Ardoyne Avenue area of North Belfast on Saturday (2 May).
They say they are aware of footage circulating on social media.
Detective Inspector Phillips is appealing for information.
“While we are aware that video footage of an incident has been shared on various social media platforms, I am appealing for anyone who witnessed the incident, or who may have information that could help our investigation, to contact police by calling 101 quoting reference number 773 of 3 May 2020.
“Alternatively, information can also be given anonymously to the independent charity Crimestoppers by calling 0800 555 111,” he added.
