Police are investigating a racially motivated incident involving an 18-month-old child in front of his mother in West Belfast.
The incident occurred just after noon on Monday (June 25) on the Falls Road near Milltown Cemetery.
The woman who carried out this incident is in her late 40s or early 50s, 5’7″ tall in height with auburn shoulder length hair. She was wearing a long skirt or maxi dress that was blue or purple in colour.
She’s alleged to have shouted an offensive word at the child.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
