Police are renewing their appeal for information following a burglary at a shop at the De Courcy centre on Antrim Street in Carrickfergus last Wednesday (May 15).
Police say the incident happened just after 12.30pm.
A man entered the shop and subsequently made off with a sum of money. No members of staff were harmed during the incident and no threats were made.
Police are appealing for information and witnesses following the report of the burglary.
Sergeant Lander said the man is described as being aged in his late 40s, with short grey hair, and he was wearing a blue T-shirt and blue shorts.
“We are appealing to anyone with information, or who noticed any suspicious activity in the area, to contact us on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 527 of 15/05/19,” said Sergeant Lander.
Alternatively, information can be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
