Police want to speak to the driver of a white van towing a trailer following Monday’s crash near Straid, Co Antrim which claimed the life of a man.
The white van driver is believed to have been travelling ahead of the car involved in the collision.
The two-vehicle collision on the Carrickfergus Road, close to the Ballylagan Road, Straid, was reported to police at approximately 9:15am, and involved a car and a lorry.
Inspector Siobhan Watt is appealing for information.
“We would ask the driver of a white van towing a trailer believed to have been travelling ahead of the car involved in the collision, to please get in touch with police in the Collision Investigation Unit on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 285 of 11/01/21,” she said.
