Property Radio is set to air via the Fix Radio weekend schedule on DAB in London in November, according to Radio Today.
The new station will feature property news from owning to buying, selling and even redecorating.
Janey Lee Grace from BBC Radio 2, will present. Other broadcasters on the channel include Jenny Ellice, a former anchor on Russia Today and Sharron Livingston, who founded the Travel Magazine.
It will air each Sunday from noon till 6pm, with pre-recorded programmes broadcast online the rest of the time.
