There have been complaints of eggs being thrown by youths at Granges Street in Ballyclare.
People living in the area have been subjected to on-going anti-social behaviour.
At the weekend, youths caused upset to residents by letting off fireworks in the town. And police are now asking people to report any illegal sellers in the area.
“You might think we are a bit early with this post but not if you live in the Ballyclare area, reason being we are now starting to get reports of anti social behaviour involving youths letting off fireworks in built up areas of the town,” said a police spokesperson.
Police say with Hallowe’en approaching fast, they are appealing to people to report the sale of these unregulated dangerous items to youths.
Contact the Neighbourhood Patrol Units in either Newtownabbey or Antrim if anyone has any information in relation to illegal supply.
