Schools will continue their remote learning until the mid-February break, First Minister Arlene Foster has just announced.
It follows a recent surge in cases.
Also, an order for people in Northern Ireland to stay at home will become legally enforceable. It will mean people must only leave their houses for medical needs, food, exercise and work that cannot be done from home.
