Talented young Ballyclare rugby player Jim McKernon was laid to rest on Saturday.
The youth player passed away suddenly last Wednesday.
Jim was the son of Brian and Andrea and a brother to Natasha and Rebecca.
Tributes have been paid to the teenager following his death.
Donations in lieu of flowers will go to The Children’s Hospice, c/o S & J Irvine, 48 Rashee Road, Ballyclare.
Ballyclare Rugby Club’s first pre season game took place at Pirrie Park against Belfast Harlequins. A one minute’s silence was held before the kick off in honour of Jim.
