The Food Warehouse is set to open this morning in Newtownabbey creating 30 new jobs.
The company has invested more than three quarters of a million pounds in the Longwood Retail Park store.
It is part of the Iceland Food Group, and considers itself as being the frozen food retailer’s bigger ‘big brother’.
Founded in 2014, The Food Warehouse now has more than 70 stores across Britain.
The Food Warehouse aims to offer its customers bulk buys without the need of a membership.
Launched just five years ago, there are 120 Food Warehouse outlets across England, Wales and Scotland, although this branch is the first to arrive in Northern Ireland.
This week, customers to the store will have the opportunity to win money off vouchers and they can take part in other giveaways.
The 9,500 sq ft supermarket opens its doors this morning (Tuesday, February 18).
