Police in Utah say a teenage driver crashed after attempting what’s been called the Bird Box challenge while driving.
No one was injured.
The challenge consists of people carrying out everyday activities wearing a blindfold. It’s been inspired by the film Bird Box on Netflix, starring Sandra Bullock.
Police say the 17-year-old decided to try the challenge while driving with a 16-year-old passenger. They say she crossed over the line into oncoming traffic, hit another vehicle, and crashed into a pole.
The incident has prompted police to warn driver not to attempt stunts.
