Two men and an 18-year-old woman have been charged in relation to Sunday night’s crash in Ardoyne in north Belfast.
Seven people, including one child, were treated in hospital following the incident.
Police have confirmed that a 22-year-old man, another aged 20 and an 18-year-old woman have been charged.
The two men are due to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court this morning (Thursday).
The Police Ombudsman has been notified of the crash which involved around six cars, one of which was reported stolen.
The 22-year-old man has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking causing damage to the vehicle, burglary, two counts of causing death or grievous bodily injury by driving and being a disqualified driver.
He is also charged with two counts of causing death or grievous bodily injury by driving: uninsured driver, two counts of causing grievous bodily injury by dangerous driving, dangerous driving, driving when unfit through drink or drugs, driving while disqualified, failing to stop for police, using a motor vehicle without insurance, and possession of a class C controlled drug.
The 20 year old has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, causing damage to the vehicle, allowing himself to be carried and possession of a class C controlled drug.
The 18 year old woman has been charged with aggravated vehicle taking, causing damage to the vehicle. She is expected to appear before Belfast Magistrates Court on Wednesday, August 1.
