Motorists are advised to expect delays in Belfast today and into this evening.
Some traffic disruption will occur in the Whiterock and Shankill Road areas from midday through to 5pm. This is due to a parade and protest taking place. Arterial routes will remain open and alternative routes will be made available, police say.
And tonight (Saturday), thousands of people are expected at the latest Belsonic concert in Ormeau Park in south Belfast.
Traffic restrictions will be in place – with cones placed near the venue to maximise public safety, minimise traffic disruption and secure emergency vehicle access.
Ormeau embankment will be closed to traffic between Ormeau Road and Ravenhill Road junctions if required between 4pm and midnight.
Private coaches travelling to the event will however be allowed to park as directed along the embankment and should approach the venue from the Ormeau Road.
Patrons are advised to park in the city centre and either walk to the concert, or use the special Translink Metro and rail services – for more information visit www.translink.co.uk.
There will NOT be any ‘drop off’ points. Drop offs and pick ups should be arranged at locations well away from the site.

Tonight’s performance will showcase the developments to Prydz’s live show using the hologram technology that he teased in April.
Prydz also released his latest four-track ‘Elements’ EP last month (May).
Eric of course rose to fame with his 2004 hit single ‘Call on Me’, and saw continued chart success with ‘Proper Education’ in 2007, and ‘Pjanoo’ in 2008. Aside from producing music, Prydz also oversees the record labels Pryda, Pryda Friends and Mouseville, which release most of his own music.
Apart from HOLO, which will be the focus for 2018, there are still plans to bring back his EPIC show with a brand new redesign for 2019, meaning that there’s plenty to look forward to. He will also be appearing at this year’s Creamfields.
