Two men have been arrested by detectives investigating an incident in which a bomb was left near a female PSNI officer’s car at her home near Dungiven.
A 47-year-old man was arrested in the Dungiven area and a 48-year-old man was arrested in the Feeny area.
The device was discovered near the PSNI officer’s car on 19 April.
Both men were taken to Musgrave Police Station in Belfast for questioning.
Detective Supt Richard Campbell, the head of the PSNI’s terrorism investigation unit, said the men were arrested under the Terrorism Act.
