Two men have been charged with possession of suspected cocaine following an operation at Belfast International Airport, led by detectives from the Paramilitary Crime Task Force.
The men, aged 35 and 40, are also suspected of attempting to fraudulently export a class A controlled drug. They were arrested at Aldergrove on Friday.
The men are due to appear at Antrim Magistrate’s Court on October 20. As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
Two women, both aged 36, were also arrested. One has since been released on bail pending further enquiries. The second woman was released unconditionally.
