A woman in her 60s remains in a critical condition in hospital following a shooting at her home in Coleraine.
Shortly before midnight on Monday a number of shots were fired at the front and back of the woman’s home on the Bushmills Road.
Police found the 61-year-old unconscious with a wound to the head.
Detectives in Coleraine are working to establish a motive for this attack and to identify those responsible. Forensic officers have been at the scene.
