Young motorists are continuing to flout the law when it comes to driving.
Police have issued a warning after an ‘R’ driver was caught travelling at almost 90mph on the motorway.
According to police, the ‘R’ plates were in the glovebox and the car, which was designed to hold five people, had six inside.
The motorist is expected to appear before magistrates.
