A 32-year-old man is due to appear in court in connection with an alleged incident on Broughshane Road in Ballymena in the early hours of this morning (Saturday, 25 July).
He has been charged with a number of offences, including carrying an imitation firearm in a public place.
He is due to appear at Ballymena Magistrates’ Court on Monday (27 July).
As is normal procedure all charges will be reviewed by the PPS.
