Road users are advised to expect traffic disruption across the North Antrim area on Friday 7th August and Saturday 8th August with the Ulster Rally taking place.
On Friday, road closures will be in place in the Glendun area between 12.30pm and 9.30pm on the Old Cushendun Road, Glendun Road and Clady Road. Closures are scheduled to be lifted temporarily from 5pm to 5.30pm.
Between 11.50am and 8.50pm, closures will be in place in the Knockboy area on the Clonetrace Road, Elginny Road, Pollee Road, Tullymore Road, Knowehead Road, Knockboy Road, Knockan Road, Eglish Road and Carncoagh Road. Roads are due to be temporarily re-opened between 4.20pm and 4.50pm.
In the Torr Head area, a large part of the Torr Road and Farrenmacallan Road will be shut between 1pm and 10pm, with a temporary re-opening from 5.30pm to 6pm.
On Saturday, closures will be in place in the Tardee area from 8.30am to 5.30pm on Cherry Hill Road, Ballynoe Road, Ballynoe Lane, Crosskennan Lane, Crosskennan Road, Ladyhill Road, Carnearny Lane, Carnearny Road. There will be a short re-opening of between 1pm and 1.30pm.
In the Cairncastle area from 9.30am to 6.30pm, the Sallagh Road, Feystown Road, Loughdoo Road, Aughaboy Road and Drumcrow Road will all be closed with a temporary lifting of closures between 2pm and 2.30pm.
In the Slemish area, further closures will be in place along the Aghacully Road, Hazelbank Road, Slemish View, Kilnacolpagh Road, Burnside Road, Carnalbanagh Road, Shillanavogy Road, Carnstroan Road, Racavan Road, Lisnamurrican Road, Cashel Road and Creevamoy Road from 10.05am to 7.05pm.
Closures will be lifted temporarily between 2.35pm and 3.05pm.
Diversions will be in place but motorists are advised to plan accordingly for their journey, and leave extra time where necessary.
Spectators to the event are reminded to park with consideration and leave roads clear for emergency services.
