Put your best feet forward for the sixth annual Spar Craic 10K which will be taking place in Belfast on St Patrick’s Day (17 March).
The Spar Craic 10K will see almost 2000 runners take to the streets of the city on the morning of March 17 in what has been described as Belfast’s first urban run. The race will leave City Hall at 9am.
Organisers of the cross-community event hope as many families as possible will take part, beginning their St Patrick’s Day in a healthy way, before joining the celebrations in the city centre afterwards.
Every registered runner in the SPAR Craic 10K will also be helping Marie Curie with a donation of £1 from every registration going to the charity.
Entry fee includes timing chip and post-event refreshments with all finishers receiving a bespoke 2020 medal. All entries are non deferrable and non refundable.
The March 17 date comes at a perfect time in the training schedule for those preparing for the 2020 Belfast City Marathon in May while it will provide a challenging step up in distance for park runners.
