Antrim-based business Legal-Island has been shortlisted in the Gold Employer Of The Year category in The Investors in People Awards 2018.
The awards celebrate the best people management practices among Investors in People accredited businesses.
The winners will be announced at the Roundhouse, London on Wednesday (November 28).
Legal-Island is an independent workplace compliance company which helps HR professionals understand employment law and how it applies to their workplace.
The company is the only organisation from Northern Ireland to have been shortlisted in this awards category.
The 13 categories recognise the organisations that have achieved the highest standards – from Excellence in Leadership and Management to Excellence in Social Responsibility, Leader of the Year and Best Newcomer.
A new Excellence in Health and Wellbeing category has also been introduced in 2018 for organisations who hold the coveted Investors in People Health and Wellbeing Award.
