This Toyata Urban Cruiser was stolen near the Teebane crossroads between Cookstown and Omagh.
The theft happened either on 27 September or 28 September.
The car was parked at the roadside near the junction.
“Did you see it being taken from the area or anyone in or at the car as you were passing?” asks a police spokesperson.
