Cash and jewellery have been stolen in an armed robbery at a jewellers in Portadown town centre this afternoon (Saturday 8 August).
Two men wearing face masks entered the jewellers on Church Lane just after 2pm. One of the men was armed with a knife which he used to threaten two members of staff.
The men demanded money and jewellery and escaped in the direction of Obin Street.
Both men were wearing navy blue tops. One of the men was wearing a grey flat cap.
Detectives would like to hear from anyone who may have seen the two men leave the jewellers or at any time after the robbery, or anyone who recorded mobile phone or dash-cam footage. Please call 101, quoting reference 1073 08/08/20.
