Members of the public are advised to expect continued delays in Belfast city centre this morning while firefighters continue to monitor the Primark store.
Road closures in and around the building have been in place overnight. It has been reduced to a shell.
The public should expect traffic disruption this morning.
Additional time will be needed for journeys.
The PSNI is continuing to support the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service and work with other partner Agencies to ensure the safety of the public and to minimise disruption in the area.
Fourteen appliances and 80 firefighters were at the scene yesterday evening.
The fire broke out yesterday morning at around 11am, before spreading to floors below.
