Drugs are believed to have claimed the life of yet another man in Cookstown.
Police attended the sudden death in Coolnafranky Park.
They say at this stage the death is not being treated as suspicious and they are awaiting the results of a post-mortem.
Paramedics were called to the estate around 1pm on Saturday.

And Cookstown UUP Councillor Trevor Wilson also expressed sympathy after news of the death emerged in Cookstown: My sincere sympathy to his family and friends.
Last month, Mark Hay from Cookstown, died of suspected drug abuse in Moneymore, while a number of other people were treated in hospital for the effects of overdose.
And in October 2016, Amy Reid, also from Coolnafranky Park in Cookstown died at a house party after taking drugs.
Police in the area advised people not to take illegal substances following the tragedy.
