Flytipping appears to be on the rise as the COVID-19 pandemic grips Northern Ireland.
As recycling centres are closed, the temptation to offload rubbish illegally is increasing. This picture from Helen’s Fruit and Vegetable shop in Carnmoney shows the extent of the dumping problem.
Just came round the back off the shop to find this, im trying to provide a good service for the community and the people…

In England, according to Leeds Live, two goat’s heads were dumped onto the grass verge of an estate over the weekend.
This unsightly problem appears to be widespread, with some people discarding dangerous prescription drugs. Rats are becoming more of a problem too, as people carelessly toss their rubbish aside.
These are just some of the pics of flytipping I’ve had sent to me in the past 24hrs, what type of person thinks this is acceptable?
