Dog allegedly beaten in Glengormley – witness appeal

A dog has been taken into the care of Antrim and Newtownabbey Borough Council after it was allegedly beaten in Glengormley.

An Animal Welfare Officer attended the Carmoney Road area of the town on Friday, assisted by the PSNI, following the report of the dog being beaten.


This dog is now in council care.

An appeal is being made for witnesses to this incident or anyone with further information to come forward.
