Vandals have daubed graffiti on parts of Crumlin Glen.
And police are appealing to anyone with information about those responsible for defacing it to get in touch.
“So you have a picturesque Glen and feel you should take the “Mick” out of the locals who use it by defacing it.
“Catch a grip this is nothing less than vandalism and the worst thing is, this is your area too,” said a spokesperson.
“Rest assured they are not friends of the residents and visitors using the Glen in Crumlin.
“Those responsible may be better placed wasting their time doodling on a piece of paper because they are no Picasso ??? or Van Gogh ???.
“If anyone can shed any light on the culprits, please make contact with the local neighbourhood policing team who will be only to happy to hand out some painting lessons. Although given this work we may start with pencil tracing and build up to some masterpieces.”
