A woman is appealing for the safe return of her wedding and engagement rings.
She was at a park in the Upper Malone Road area yesterday (Bank Holiday Monday) with her family.
She took them off to put suntan lotion on her young children.
As is the case with young kids unfortunately she became distracted and left without her rings.
Police say they are of great sentimental value and the woman is deeply distressed.
They’re appealing to anyone who has found the rings to contact them.
