A house in Ballymena has been ransacked and items stolen.
The burglary happened at a house on the Toome Road sometime between lunchtime on Wednesday (19 September) and 9am on Thursday morning.
The rooms in the house were ransacked and a number of items stolen.
Detective Constable Douglas is appealing to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity or vehicles in the area to contact detectives at Ballymena on the non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 745 20/09/18.
Alternatively, information can also be provided to the independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111, which is 100% anonymous and gives people the power to speak up and stop crime.
