A house in south Belfast has been ransacked and jewellery stolen.
The burglary occurred at a property in the Woodbreda Park area on Wednesday (April 24).
It is believed that entry to the property was gained sometime between 10.30am and 7pm. The property was ransacked and a number of jewellery items were taken.
Detective Sergeant Melanie McGrory is appealing to anyone who witnessed anything suspicious in the area to contact detectives in Lisburn on 101, quoting reference number 1161 of 24/04/19.
