YOU’LL NEVER SAIL ALONE: Jubilant Liverpool fans arrive home in Belfast on the Stena Line ferry after enjoying their team’s Champions League final victory over Tottenham last night. Around 600 ‘Reds’ supporters from Northern Ireland travelled as foot passengers with Stena Line to sample the atmosphere in Liverpool as a 2-0 win secured their sixth Champions League trophy. Stena Line’s Belfast to Liverpool service has gone from strength to strength in recent years, so much so that the company will be introducing two brand new ferries on the route in 2020 and 2021. These E-Flexer ships will be the largest, most spacious and most comfortable ferries ever to sail between Belfast and Liverpool.
