A 26-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman have been arrested by police on suspicion of the murder of Comber man Pat McCormick.
The body of the 55-year-old from Saintfield was discovered in a lake in Ballygowan on Tuesday afternoon.
Detective Chief Inspector Montgomery said Pat’s body was recovered thanks to information received from the public.
Mr McCormick was last seen walking down Castle Street in Comber, at around 10.45pm on Thursday May 30.
The man and woman detained this morning were previously arrested on suspicion of murder on June 3 and were released on bail pending further enquiries.
Detectives are questioning them at a police station.
