A man was discovered this morning with head injuries in his vehicle in Coagh in Co Tyrone.
The man was found at Littlebridge Road around 10:20am and was taken to hospital, but his injuries are not believed to be life threatening at this time.
Detectives are investigating a possible assault and are appealing for information.
Detective Inspector Michael Winters said police are conducting enquiries as to how the man sustained his injuries.
“I would appeal to anyone who may have been in the area between 1am this morning and the time the report was made to us to call detectives on 101, quoting reference number 549 of 22/08/20,” he added.
